Terms Of Purchase

Effective Date: October 27, 2026 Last Updated Date: October 27, 2026

Section 1: Agreement to Terms of Purchase These Terms Of Purchase govern all retail orders and transactions placed on the craftedcharmco online store. By submitting an order and completing payment on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms Of Purchase, alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Notice, Terms of service, and Terms of Use.

Section 2: Product Representation and Antique Bronze Finishes We make every effort to display and describe our antique bronze rings as accurately as possible through high-resolution photography and detailed descriptions covering ring sizes, band widths, metal finishes, and carved motifs. Because our rings feature intentional antiqued, oxidized, and brushed bronze finishes designed to highlight recessed relief details, and because computer monitors and mobile device screens vary in color calibration, slight variations in patina shading or surface texture may exist between digital images and the physical ring. These subtle artisanal characteristics are normal features of antique-style bronze jewelry and do not affect your 30-day return and refund rights.

Section 3: Pricing, Billing Transparency, and AppLovin Compliance

  1. Transparent Pricing in USD: All prices and shipping charges on craftedcharmco are listed in United States Dollars (USD). In strict compliance with AppLovin advertising policies and consumer protection regulations, the product prices and promotional offers shown in our advertisements match the prices charged on our website.

  2. One-Time Purchases Only: All transactions on craftedcharmco are strictly one-time purchases. We never enroll customers in recurring billing, hidden memberships, or automatic subscription programs.

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout according to the following structure: Free Shipping: $0.00 for orders of $49.00 and above. Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders of $0.00–$49.00. Expedited Shipping: $8.99 for all orders.
